Even if it’s already been established that Snoop Dogg let’s his children watch HBO’s True Blood, orgy-fests and all, and even if he name dropped True Blood in his hit song, “Gangsta Luv,” Anna Paquin doesn’t think he’ll be making an appearance on the show anytime soon. To which I respond, fo-shizzle my nizzle? No Snoop Dogg in the True Blood-heazy?

Paquin, who plays the show’s main character Sookie Stackhouse at a Pre-Golden Globes event admitted:

“If it were an appropriate character, then why not? We have all types of people on the show, but we don’t really…put people on the show for the sake of putting people on the show. I feel like some shows are more OK with that sort of stunt casting, like, ‘Oh, it’ll boost ratings for that week,’ ” Paquin continued. “It’s not really our schtick.”

Such a shame. Wouldn’t he make a great V-dealer?

About SwanDiary

Swan Diary is an online community dedicated to all things vampire within society's current and past culture. Book series, TV shows, movies... you name it. If it sucks, (in a good way), we'll cover it. Swan Diary is an haven for swans -- not the ugly duckling fairytale swan, but swan as a vampire term for, "Human that loves vampires." However, we have no qualms if you happen to be a vampire who loves humans.
