Conan O’Brien’s vampire assistant Cody Devereaux did more than just be an assistant on The Tonight Show. According to MTV.com, Devereaux contributed to a list of the seven best moments on The Tonight Show. Considering the rest of the list which includes The Concussion, “The Solution,” Puppies Dressed a Cats and the Twitter Tracker, Devereaux’s made quite an accomplishment.

According to the list, Conan was really smart about what made ratings for the show. For all of last year and now, it’s vampires. Devereaux served as Conan’s emotionally distraught, handsome, shirtless vampire that happened to serve as an assistant.

I suppose there’s much to love about handsome, dark, suicidal vampires such as Devereaux. Either that or Conan’s worth risking an eternal life. R.I.P. Cody and Conan — you’ll be missed.\
