Before Gossip Girl, Michelle Trachtenberg was known as Dawn Summers on Joss Whedon’s hit TV series, Buffy The Vampire Slayer. In a recent interview with Complex Magazine, she had expressed wanting to work with Joss Whedon (because who wouldn’t, really?), but squashed all hopes and dreams of another Buffy movie.

She was quoted saying, “There was a Buffy movie, that’s what started it all. We had an amazing seven-year run, and at the end Buffy, the universe ended. There’s not really anywhere to go.”

Personally, I agree. When the universe ends, you can’t really do much after that.

Thoughts? Would you like to see another Buffy movie?

Nah. I loved the series buts it too long to just magically come back as college students when most of them are in their 30s now.
Its already done and came to a great close. Its like bringing back Michael Jordan, he’s human so his peak can’t be reached again.

Buffy kind of got dark and creepy near the end… Hahaha. Loved that show, but let’s stay away from movies.

About SwanDiary

Swan Diary is an online community dedicated to all things vampire within society's current and past culture. Book series, TV shows, movies... you name it. If it sucks, (in a good way), we'll cover it. Swan Diary is an haven for swans -- not the ugly duckling fairytale swan, but swan as a vampire term for, "Human that loves vampires." However, we have no qualms if you happen to be a vampire who loves humans.
