Although Kate Beckinsale was missing from the previous Underworld film, rumors suggest that she’ll be returning for Underworld 3D. Rumors also say that she’ll be in space this time around. Vampires in space, huh? That’s a novel concept that’s also rather confusing, considering this latest installment of Underworld would have to have humans in space. Unless, there’s a brand of alien with blood suitable for drinking.

The film is set to be released sometime next year in January…in 3D. Should be exciting to see vampires in space — in 3D.
