Vampire Diaries Episode 13 - ‘Children Of The Damned’ reactions

One thing The Vampire Diaries does very well is attack viewers with more,”Huh, what?” moments. HW, for short. HW are hardly a bad thing. They keep me watching every Thursday night, that’s for sure. Last night’s HW moments included the following:

- Anna…what is her deal?! What does she know?
- Pearl = Anna’s mother = Anna’s reason to open the vault. BUT — when did Anna become a vampire?
- Why has it taken Bonnie this long to figure out that Ben the Bartender is a vampire?
- Damon’s pre-vamp non-evil side! If Ian Somerhalder isn’t a good actor, I don’t know who is. Love, my friends, drives us to do crazy things.
- Wow, Catherine. Two Salvatore brothers at a time, huh? You lucky girl.

Aside from all the flashbacks that occurred, the most interesting events of the episode were towards the end where Elena, Stefan and Damon are at Giuseppe Salvatore’s grave. My heart skipped several beats as the possibility of Elena turning vampire was posed. Of course, I knew she wasn’t going to be turned thanks to the TCA press tour, but still. If my heart skipped beats then, the very last scene was where I died — Anna finally gained entrance into Elena’s home. Then, poof goes Elena! Which is where the episode ends.

My next question now is, what is Anna going to do with Elena?!
