Summit Entertainment is suing BB Dakota over their Bella Swan jacket — from the first Twilight film. According to Coco Perez, Summit is suing for copy right and trademark infringement. If Summit wins this case, the jacket will no longer be made available for Twihards.

In addition from halting sales of the jacket, Summit also wants BB Dakota to fork over the profits and the rest of the Bella jacket inventory to burn. Ouch.

BB Dakota has yet to respond to these claims, but if you’re interested, the jacket is still on sale. Visit here before they’re no longer available
