Nina Dobrev of Vampire Diaries is leaned and toned. This is because she is living on a sensible diet and an active lifestyle which includes lots of yoga. However, don’t expect to be so uptight in counting calories or get caught up in her looks.

She prefers a laidback approach to her athletic good looks. If she wasn’t an actress, then she says that she’d have considered being a yoga teacher, revealing “I do a lot of yoga. I could be a yoga instructor. I’m not certified, but I could do it. Once I did a class where the instructor didn’t show up, and I just went to the front and did it, and everyone followed. So I’ve done it before, and I love it”.

However, she doesn’t obsess over her diet, and remains low-key. For a few months she conducted a vegetarian diet, but she became weak and tired.

And she continued “At the end of last year, I tried being a vegetarian for four months, and after awhile, I started feeling weak, like I needed more protein, more energy”.

I think that as long as she carries on like this, she will continue to stun us all.
