Today’s Vampire of the Day is Moonlight’s Mick St. John, portrayed by actor Alex O’Loughlin. He is 90 years old, a relatively young vampire.

He was once a jazz musician in his mortal life. At the age of 30, he fell in love with Caroline, who was a vampire. Mick was turned against his will by his wife on their wedding night. He refers to himself and other vamps as “monsters”, even though he is “clean” vampire and only drinks the blood of people dead in the morgue. Today, he works as a private investigator with a mortal woman, Beth Tuner, who he falls for. Beth knows that Mick is a vampire but has no idea of their past together.
