Buzz for Eclipse just won’t stop. Recently new promo images of Bella Swan, Edward Cullen and Jacob Black were released onto the Interwebz. They look somewhat like paintings, but rather smokin’ hot ones. Something else to note is Edward’s eye color. His eyes aren’t lookin’ so golden amber. Are they trying to tell us something or is there something up with my eyes? Check out the new pics after the jump. More »

Seems like every other day a new morsel of Eclipse goodness is leaked to keep Twihards wanting for more. This week, more Eclipse stills were released on the interwebz showing us the Cullen clan, and some good old Jacob-Edward-Bella love triangle goodness. More »

Just when you thought the Twilight Saga had already ended, Stephenie Meyer announces a new vampire book, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner. Out on June 5, Meyer says the upcoming book is a, “nice complement to ‘Eclipse’,” the third book in the Twilight saga, Meyer writes on her website. “It explains a lot of the things that Bella never knew.” Proceeds from book sales will be donated to the Red Cross! A deleted New Moon scene has made its appearance on the Interwebz and sadly, it is without Robert Pattinson’s Edward Cullen character. To get even sadder, it mostly features Victoria as played by Rachel Lefevre reminiscing over the loss of James. More »

Three new Eclipse stills have been leaked, and boy are they sexy. In fact, I’d advise every Twihard to have a bucket of ice cold water handy. Just in case you know…you can’t handle any of of these stills that feature Edward and Bella about to do the nasty. Or if you somehow don’t like seeing Edward being harmed by other vampires. More »

Twihards, hope you’re sitting down for this one: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are official. So says the New York Post, at least. At the recent BAFTA awards, Robert was quoted saying, “”We are together, yes. This was supposed to be a public appearance as a couple, but it’s impossible. We have to do all this stuff to avoid attention … because of the fans, it goes crazy.” More »

Are you a Twilight fanatic who ever wondered what it would be like to lay in the arms of Edward Cullen or Jacob Black? Well, this idea is not too far-fetched because the vampire and the werewolf exist in the form of life-sized body pillows called “manllow” (combination of the words man and pillow). More »

Two Eclipse stills were leaked recently of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart as Edward and Bella. Unfortunately, these stills are just the two of them sharing romantic moments in the meadow. Not the best promotional teasers around just yet. It seems like Edward and Bella spend the majority of their romance lying in a meadow. More »

The Twilight Saga might have had as many fans as detractors, whether it be the novels or the (as of yet) two films, there still seems to be an emerging consensus between the two factions that the fourth entry of the book series, Breaking Dawn, has to become a motion picture. More »

It’s official. Almost a year ago today, I killed it for myself by rushing off into a frenzy of serious Twilight Saga book reading. To commemorate this, I stood in line for an hour with what seemed like most of my city. If the release of New Moon were to serve as an anniversary of my time spent with the series, I’d say it was okay. Okay, like what lazy boyfriends do for anniversaries, okay. For those considering the Twilight Saga films to be more of a first date, I’m sorry it didn’t go so well. She/He at least made you laugh, right? More »

About SwanDiary

Swan Diary is an online community dedicated to all things vampire within society's current and past culture. Book series, TV shows, movies... you name it. If it sucks, (in a good way), we'll cover it. Swan Diary is an haven for swans -- not the ugly duckling fairytale swan, but swan as a vampire term for, "Human that loves vampires." However, we have no qualms if you happen to be a vampire who loves humans.
